On Christmas Eve, I placed a mobile order, which included a Quarter Pounder Deluxe that was rare beyond pink. I also ordered a Filet meal, but due to concerns about food safety, I did not eat it. Due to the holiday festivities and other commitments, I was unable to return the food immediately. However, on December 26th, I visited the restaurant and spoke with a manager(dark slinder about 59 510 with dreadlocks), who was dismissive and unprofessional. He refused to assist me, stating that I should have brought the food back, and claimed that there was no corporate number or contact person I could speak with. I WAS TOLD THAT DEMETRIS WAS THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WHOM WAS OUT THE STORE GETTING FILETS FROM ANOTHER LOCATION AND THE OWNERS WERE BASED OUT OF FLORIDA I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and respect shown by the staff. As someone who works in the same industry and frequents this location, I expect a higher level of service. I will be forwarding this complaint to the Health Department and other relevant authorities. I hope that in the future, this establishment will take customer complaints seriously and take steps to improve their service. MY STAR RATINGS ARE "0" I will be posting the actual photos througout social media so the you can verify what was served.
