- MNMaraji NewtonJan 31, 20261.0The staff that prepares dash orders need to be more thorough with how he gives out orders because they make the drivers loose half of their money from lackadaisical customer service, i literally watched the prepare staff make a order and give it to another stranger/ customer not doing doordash he didnt ask a name and the same customer came in and grabbed another order, which was strange never experienced that, then to add on to the disrespect he then asked the next door dasher their order name and gave them their order as if it was intentionally done to me personally, it was rude uncalled for and I felt like he was being biased towards me as a customer. I have let doordash company know about said issue.
