  Listen this one Arby’s is a hit and miss depending on on the day and who’s working. This the second time I got old food, meet hard to the bit and something just didn’t smell right after the first bite. I looked at my sandwich and noticed green looking mold on the meat. I feel like they on purpose do not giving you your receipt just so they don’t have to correct the order or get reported. I am definitely reporting to corporate. I’m DONE!!! The people that worked there come off like they’re angry or have an attitude most of the time. The atmosphere energy just gives you shouldn’t trust getting food from here. Last time they would ever get my money.

  Frequently visited this location, but will NO LONGER patronize the Union City location. Typically I visit during the day since I work in walking proximity, but this evening I decided to visit after work. I walked over at appropriately 845pm. Upon arrival found both doors locked, but the doors say dining room open until 10pm. I asked the gentleman in the drive thru if I could come in to order. He advised me to "walk" through the drive thru. I asked to speak with the manager on duty, a young lady came to the window and informed me that they lock the dining room area at 8pm every night because they "don't feel safe" and had previous issues with patrons in "this area". Needless to say, I never got to place an order, was refused service unless I went through the drive thru, and walked away concerned and worried about such an "unsafe environment" that I was walking through. Never visit this location, because the manager on duty said it's "unsafe".

  Not good. Men's room was absolutely nasty. Toilet blocked and not flushed. No hand soap. No paper towels. Counter person got our order wrong and food handler was not wearing gloves. This might be the worst experience we've had at an Arby's!!
