The service was horrible I got hung up on twice for trying to find out where my food was. Avoid this place at all cost. Hands down the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever purchased pizza from and I’ve been getting Papa John’s pizza for 20 years.

Short Staffed...Rude...online tracker shows order delivery within acceptable time....one that time passes....still no delivery....then you get to call the store...get a overworked stressed out employee who tells you that they are short staffed and can't get your Pizza delivered for another two hours.....so that's three hours after initial order...End Result....Upset Kids and no Dinner. Personally this has happend multiple times. Tonight was the last time.....this is not the way to run a business.....

I made a pick up order, and forgot to grab my 2 liter (my fault I was in a rush cause it's cold) and they got out in the cold and still drove my 2 liter to my house for me. But this time, and im sure this is more on the delivery driver, but my entire pizza was clearly dropped or thrown at some point before getting to me. And I let them keep the change as a tip. I’ve tried to call the store to resolve this issue, but voicemail 2 times. Definitely want my money back. This is terrible
