First time eating at Baby Hughy's, got mine at the Ooltewah location. I got two smash burgers, there were awesome, they are mad fresh when you order them, and they come on a homemade burger bun, which loved. Don't forget this isn't a fast food restaurant were the is made ahead time and layed under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. The burger was juicy to. Can't wait to try their fish and other food.

The pizza was amazing! Culinary art! Thin crust perfectly cooked, plentiful toppings in three right proportions for great flavor. We've had the sandwiches in previous visits and they have all been excellent! The sweet potato fries are elevated with cinnamon and sugar. Skip the ketchup!

I based this off of our very first visit! So I called them like 20 min before we came, just 3 people and asked if they were busy at the moment the girl said “no”, and I know things can change in an instant. So we get there and it still wasn’t busy. Liked the vibe and was like cool aesthetics. So we sit down and maybe 15 people max, even in the back big room, had like 5 people working the front and 1 hostess, I think she was a hostess, cause she didn’t really move from the register. Anyways we got seated, don’t know who sat us, was talking with a guy about how he liked my jersey, but we figured out what we wanted to eat after about 5-10 minutes went by, and didn’t even get a “hello I’ll be with you in a few”or anything. Also the girls there just kind of acted like they didn’t even wanna be there and it kind of reflected that to us. We never had our drink orders taken or recognition we even were sitting there with our menus as several servers walked by us and didn’t acknowledge us whatsoever, so we got up and loudly said “what terrible lack of service it’s not even busy” and went to a place called pie slingers. Within not even 2 minutes of us being seated, our server came for drink orders, and the aesthetics were awesome, sat at a table that had Boba Fett stuff in it. Just based on our experience pie slingers was so much better service wise FOR SURE, but the food was amazing. If you want bad service or no service at all go to Baby Hughy’s. Maybe it was an off day for the servers when they are slow for a Saturday around 5:45pm l, but still based on this and this ALONE just the service aspect,we will not be back and will share the word about lack of service. We will Give it a shot in maybe 6 months or so to see if anything has changed. Didn’t get a chance to try their food so didn’t rate it.

My wife and I went there this post Sunday night. I had been wanting to check it out since I door dashed there a year back. I ordered the meat canzone (name may be wrong) with side salad and my wife ordered the chicken Alfredo with a side salad. The waitress was really nice and brought our salads and drinks out fairly quickly. The salad was delicious. However, when our food arrived my canzone was burnt and her chicken Alfredo which barely covered the bottom of the tin it was in and it did not taste like chicken or Alfredo. It tasted like chemicals. Mine tasted like burnt bread and meat. I dont know if the cook was having a bad night but this has definitely left a bad taste in our mouths and we won't be back. It's worse that she knew it was like that and still served it to us.
