  Stopped here Saturday to get a bite to eat on the go. I ordered just 2 doritos locos tacos supreme. They guy on the intercom said $8 even. Ok so I pull around to get my food and pay an noticed when he have me the receipt that he rounded up my change to give to the KFC foundation. I mentioned it to the person I was on the phone with, and they guy got mad asked for someone to come open the registar and slung the 45 cents and the food out the window. It was never an issue to give to the foundation but you cant assume that everyone wants/ or is in the predicament to give. This is stealing and if he stealing from me he stealing from everyone else too!!!

  As i pulled in the store parking lot, There were many cars with customers sitting inside waiting for their food. The food was not fresh, fries and chicken were very hard and cold!! We were told to pull around and wait for them to bring us our food. The guy gave our food to the first car and they called him back after looking in the bag and he then asked what was their order and then asked me what was mine and handed me the bag. I told him that those people went in my bag and he said he would have to recook it and that would be an extra 15 min. Chicken was also overcoked!! I am beyond fixed

  They make me pull around to give fake tickets times to corp. It still takes 15 minutes and they give me the wrong order with no apology. The employee acted like I was the problem and slowly walked in without saying how they were making it right. I left without getting all my food because I wouldn't want to eat what they gave me at that point anyway. The sorriest customer service I've experienced in a while.

  They didn’t take our order correctly and didn’t repeat it back to us before we pulled around. The worker also had a bad attitude. We were told the food would take about 10 minutes and were asked to pull around to the left, but we ended up waiting almost 20 minutes. When my mom went inside to check, they hadn’t even started making our food yet. When we finally got the meal, it didn’t include anything I actually asked for and had several items I didn’t want. Overall, the experience was really disappointing. The restaurant should work on improving their service and getting better staff.
