The orders are often wrong, the employees act like they are at a prison camp and are just doing time with not one care in the world, especially for you!! The past few times I've gone, my burgers have been burnt, the food is barely warm & they are happy to send you on your way with no napkins, no straw & no condiments. The last few times when they handed me my food, all they said was "here" and quickly walked away so you couldn't ask for anything. My first job was at McDonalds and this kind of behavior was not tolerated. It makes me very sad that I have to cross McDonald's off my list of restaurants I go to. If you don't want to get frustrated, wound up and spend about 20 minutes more than you expect to, I suggest you go to Chick-fil-a where they will treat you right.
