  Stopped in to place an order, there was only one other customer waiting for an online order. Staff did not acknowledge when I walked in: no hello, we'll be with you in a minute, nothing, very rude. After standing at the register for several minutes watching the lady make sandwiches like she couldn't see me, guy finally walks over with every bit of I don't want to be here energy at the point I decided to leave and go to the Jimmy Johns down the road on Livista. Much better service. .

This was my first time ordering from Jimmy John’s—I had only tried a sandwich once at church before, but I had heard great things. I decided to order lunch, and the cashier was very pleasant and patient. Haida was also incredibly kind and patient while helping me decide on my food and preferences. Thank you both so much for your kindness and great service!

  Order a 30 third sandwich box from them at the last minute and when I came in earlier than expected the employee was super friendly and quick. I had arrived early and told her to delay it, but I was so indecisive, I came back to change my mind and she was so accommodating and welcoming. I don’t think it took her 15 minutes to make those 30 sandwiches! The presentation was magnificent, the effort and communication even with my last minute changes was met with such grace and wonderful customer service. Probably the best location I’ve ever order from! The sandwiches were sooooo good, wrapped perfectly with the perfect amount of toppings in every bite. Those sandwiches were gobbled up in less than 5 mins when i gave the box to my team! Will definitely order catering again from this location!

  The best Jimmy John's in the Tucker area. I've had nothing but excellent experiences here. Way better than the Lavista Rd. location which is somehow still in business. This Lawrenceville Highway location is inside the Dunkin' Donuts, but you can use the drive thru to pick up online orders. Their portion sizes and quality are consistently excellent. If you're tired of the Lavista Rd. location (whether it's the service or food quality), do yourself a favor and come here. Easiest 5 stars I've ever given!
