Service is 100% terrible. Man that took my order rolling his eyes mid order. He looks miserable being there. He was whispering I could barely hear him so I asked him to repeat himself he rolled his eyes. I asked him what certain things were again rolled his eyes. I get the whole let’s hire people and help them out if they need it but with those attitudes they have they’re going to lose business which I doubt that location cares cause yay no customers for them and just sit around but no. It’s quite literally embarrassing.

The website says they close at 12am. But if you pull up at 11:28pm they will turn the lights out as if no one is home. This place sucks. Should be shut down.

This use to be my go to place to eat. I could have Taco bell every day. That's why it hurts me to say in the past couple of months I have been disappointed. It's always something when I go there. Especially one particular employee. As soon as I walked in I asked if he could break $100 bill & he shook his head. So I proceeded to order. When I tried to pay he tells me he can't brake a hundred. He don't have enough in the register. I said what? U literally just told me you could. And OMG the attitude I got. It wasn't necessarily that he was rude. He just acted like he didn't care. Like he didn't even want to be there & basically argued with me & kept on asking if I had anything smaller, & constantly suggesting that I could pay with a credit or debit card & again with the asking if I had anything smaller. Dude I already said I didn't. Unless you want a bunch of loose coins to go through & separate... Or u could just take this 100 that you said you would take. To begin with. By this time I was getting pissed until I realized I was letting this little punk get to me. I should've just asked to see the manager to but I didn't & I take responsibility for this. Please Taco Bell, please stop hiring these little kids with attitudes that hate there job. Very disappointing. I was going to skip this review cauese the there's no 0 or 1/2 star option. Taco Bell please don't hire anymore bad attitude teenage punks. Please. I want my Taco Bell back

Now I know why the rating is so bad here. The guy working the drive-through was very rude. He told me to pull around to the door. After 20 minutes, I went in and they completely forgot to make my order. Didn’t offer me anything for the mix up or wait. Clearly this location needs help and an adjustment. I highly recommend driving to a different location.
Also, I waited ANOTHER 10 minutes inside. I ordered the Luxe Box. Tortilla chips were we wet and soggy, the roll ups were fair, And the Chalupa wasn’t even that full. I barely ever write reviews, but I was supposed to be beyond pissed, I had to.
