- JHJess H5 days ago1.0I ordered online on 11/18/2025 while I was sitting in traffic on mountain industrial in front of the QT. When we arrived I asked the gentleman if the sub had been made and he told me no. So I asked if one half of the sub could be plain and the other with toppings. He said yes and started fixing my sandwich. My daughter and I were walking out of the store and I noticed the sandwich seemed light. We had a foot long tuna with extra cheese and tuna. I went back in and we BOTH opened the sandwich to show that there was no extra tuna(he argued with me that I should only have 6 scoops and then he looked at the receipt and it showed 8. Plus no extra cheese. This time I decided to watch him fix the sandwich and when he got to the cheese. I ordered American. The sub had provolone cheese because they were out of American cheese lol. He never told me!!!!! I asked for a refund and he got mad. HE LITERALLY PUT THE TUNA BACK IN THE TRAY!!!!! From the sandwich that we both touched! So disgusting!!! I can only imagine what else they do!
