I’m genuinely tired of repeatedly documenting the ongoing lack of professionalism and basic respect shown by staff at several McDonald’s locations. Sadly, today’s experience was just another reminder of the issue.
A young woman abruptly opened the window and immediately yelled, “What’s the name?” I said “Hello,” but she yelled the question again. When I replied “Luis,” she told me the order had already been picked up and then slammed the window in my face.
At that moment, I was simply sitting in an empty drive-thru on the phone with Uber Support, working to cancel an order that had already been retrieved so the system could process it correctly. There were no other customers, and at no point did anyone ask me to move or indicate that I was causing any obstruction or issue.
Because the cancellation still needed to be handled, I remained on the phone with support. Instead of behaving professionally, the staff member escalated the situation dramatically—going as far as calling the police on me for sitting in an empty drive-thru while doing my job. I never raised my voice, never engaged with her after she slammed the window, and the only action I took was a quick photo for documentation to attach to this review.
Her behavior was rude, unnecessary, and completely unwarranted. The hostility, the lack of communication skills, and the decision to involve law enforcement over absolutely nothing reflect extremely poor training and concerning judgment.
Very disappointing and deeply troubling experience.

Ignore delivery people and make them wait while they serve the drive thru. Waited over 25 min for them to make this persons order and they DIDNT WVENT START. So insane. I felt like I was going crazy. TRAIN UR STAFF
