  I love the French dip sandwich at Marlow’s! The good and service was great. Although it was a wait and I think the hostess forgot we were waiting for a table, once seated we were served expeditiously.

  We have been going here for years and last night is the last time. I'm absolutely convinced that the ONLY REASON this location stays in business is because of the hotel next to it and the people who only go once. The service is non existent. We got there at 5:40 and we left at 7:42. It took that long to get our food, eat, and be presented with the bill. It is and has always been a time black hole. Service has never been good. Last night, here were two servers on the floor. I saw zero evidence of a manager in the building, or host. These two servers were sitting people, busing tables, and serving. The food was disgusting last night. I ordered a chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun with a side salad. I ended up eating just the chicken out of the bun. The bun was horrible, beyond being gluten free. It was stale and dry. The salad had a very unpleasant dressing on it. I'm not even sure what flavor it was. Just gross. My daughter ordered a NY strip and the cut the steak , never seen that before. The fried okra appetizer camewith the entrees. My son had the shrimp and grits, which came 15 minutes after everyone else's food. We were a party of 5 adults 4 kids and they put a service charge of 20% gratuity on the check. Okay, I can get through that but we didn't actually have any service. They dropped the food and never saw him again till the bill. I am beyond disappointed in our experience. I've worked in the food industry over 30 years and this is one of the most under managed restaurant in the area. What is so incredibly frustrating is that nobody cares. It could be a great restaurant be it fails every single time. We keep trying, we wait a and go back but after last night... Never again.

  We had the bloody Marys and the lobsters lasagna. Bloody Mary's were perfectly mixed, spicy, end service with a smile from the bartender, Zoi. A lobster lasagna was exquisite, it was light but rich without being heavy. Mr Ken Robinson, the GM was an example of true humbleness. Will recommend to anyone, this is the place for service. When we first entered the tavern through the lobby of the hotel we were met with Salem, a hospitality specialist. He was fantastic and pointed us in the direction of where to go.

  Service was 10/10. Me and my +1 were served by Lizzy. We were her last table before the end of the night and she did great at taking care of us two. She informed us what was still available for the evening and bought everything out graciously.

  I'm used to come to this location all the time and the quality of the food has become one not to look forward to especially since my order was extremely simple.And the person I was with had its extremely simple order as well. I ordered shrimp as an appetizer with a caesar salad. That was supposed to come out together with the person I was with. It came out twenty-five five minutes beforehand. I had to send the salad back, it was extremely salty. I don't even know how that happens. And the second one was not much better. I just bare through it because we were eating a stagnant lunch. The person I was with ordered the panine and got a quarter of her order of fries.The bread was extremely thick with not much dressings to the sandwich at all. In addition to that, her food was cold when it came out twenty minutes after mine's. I won't be visiting this place again. I understand why it has demise so much. The waiter wasn't attentive at all once my other party made it in. Since he was also the host seating individuals, you would think that he would be on top of it. I literally had to get up several times just to get attention to the table. I even had to go and ask for a box in the check.
