    Disappointed!! Came to this location and they didn’t have the bread for the size sandwich i wanted which was a little John. They didn’t apologize and just blew it off i had to leave and go to a different locations. Waste of gas and time horrible

    Don't go for pickup 10 minutes before closing. They refuse to make orders. And said that I would be receiving refund 2 or 3 days. The rewards coupon expires today. Seriously

    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I will not return to this location. I wasn’t greeted when I walked into the door…just crickets. I was the only customer in line and I can see why. I was trying to order a Little John and the store manager was interrupting me as in trying to speed up the process. I was the ONLY one there besides one gentleman that was eating. He started arguing with me, I guess I offended him by telling him he was rude. Then the female making the bread or whatever chimed in and she was beyond rude. I’m not even sure why she joined in the conversation., I wanted to complain but was told it wouldn’t matter because he knows the owner. Said they love him, he’s already made $2,500 and he’s rich. He doesn’t understand he has a job because of customers and he must act in a professional manner. I sat down to find a # for customer service and they were talking about me right in the open. I had to raise my voice to defend myself because they were very aggressive. I still can’t believe it. She loudly yelled that he should call Dekalb County. For what reason might I ask? He then started walking towards me telling me to get out and he was calling Dekalb County Police. He opened the door and they were all saying call Dekalb County. They are so ignorant because they were the ones getting aggressive after I complained about their attitude. I couldn’t call his bluff because I was on lunch break. A lunch break that was obviously ruined! The manager kicked me out of the store then followed me outside arguing. I really wanted the police to come so I could complain. I asked later if they had cameras of the incident. I knew they would make me the villain and they did. The area manager called me and said it was 5 people’s word against mine. Imagine that! He took their side so I had no voice just like he said. So THIS is my voice. He should not be bragging about how much money he makes for the store while he’s treating his customers like crap. I suggest NEWKS which is a couple of stores down. They have Excellent customer service and a nice cozy ambiance. You can enjoy your lunch peacefully. Sidebar, I was told Jimmy John’s doesn’t allow cameras in the store.

    I guess she was a manager, but she was rude to the cashier and to myself. I requested to have my sandwich cut in 3s, because I'm eating while I'm driving. And she had a problem with that🤦🏾‍♂️ I been eating sandwiches from Jimmy John's for years and NO ONE had a problem cutting a sandwich in half, 3s or 4s. What the hell happened to customer service? Please get these unprofessional angry people out of your businesses

    This was the best Jimmy John's experience I have ever had! They should copy and paste this location because WOW. The customer service was top tier. They even called me to say my order was ready and... AND they have a drive thru because it's also a Dunkin! Like special drinks AND good sandwiches?! I was impressed 😁
