- AKAbby Kelly1 day ago2.0Maybe I’m not the target demographic for Dutch bros because … that was pretty rough. This location has a double drive through. The car in front of me was a group of four girls all paying separately. The car next to them was waiting on them the whole time because none of the workers told him to pull ahead to the window. He finally rolled down his window and asked. Then when he finally goes- the [redacted redacted redacted] of a person next to me of course went out of turn and had 4 drinks compared to my one. That person gets to the window and is just chatting with the girl working the window and I’m just sitting in disbelief like.. do you guys not see the 20 cars waiting for drinks? I finally get to the window, pretty frustrated but fully anticipating my drink to be done. Instead of that, I’m greeted with blaring music . Fun atmosphere- but not after I’ve been waiting for almost 15 minutes on a $3 drink that I tipped $1 on. If you want average at best coffee made by teenagers, please look no further. I feel like I’m majorly missing something??? So sorry for cheating on my favorite mega corporation, Starbucks.

This time, though, it wasn’t so great - and I understand everyone can have a bad day and the team seemed super busy. We ordered ahead and received a notification that our order was ready. When we went to the window, we were told it wasn’t ready. It was cold outside, so after standing for a while, we sat in the car with the windows down. After 30 minutes, we checked again and found our drinks in the refrigerator. That was fine, but when I got my drink, it was wrong; it was missing the soft top and sweet cream. I went back to the window to let them know. They took my drink back and added the soft top, but when I returned to my car, it was still missing the sweet cream. Unfortunately, I had to leave because I needed to get back to work.
- ____Dec 28, 20254.0Although I wasn’t a fan of the coffee options( I tried the golden eagle), I do like the energy drinks. They taste similar to flavored Red Bull drinks. I recommend the OG Gummy Bear. The staff the served me was really nice but I can say it takes a little while to get your order.

Pull into the drive through and they take our orders and have me pay almost immediately got to let us stay stuck in the drive through for FORTY FIVE MINUTES?!?! This is ridiculous don’t come here regardless lol. Coffee was ehh and line will make you stupid late. Just sad.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
