I have been there twice now and both times I have been, the staff have been ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, Their energy is unmatched and their customer service is comparable to CFA. Everyone had smiling faces and such great energy. The coffee (golden eagle) I ordered was GREAT both times and I will most definitely be back even though it’s a little out of the way for me. Keep up the good work !

Despite being a new location with long lines and trainees learning the ropes, the ordering process went smoothly and cars moved through efficiently - much quicker than expected. My lavender-vanilla latte with a soft top was perfect for the cozy fall weather. I did not see their holiday drinks until the 2nd menu board after I ordered, so I will have to try one of those when I return.

Ace did an amazing job knowing the menu and helping my sister and I choose the perfect drink. Alexis and her trainer were also AMAZING and we cannot wait to go back. There is something about seeing employees LOVE their jobs that makes you want to comeback. Order: 1)Small banana cream pie chia with oat milk ( my order) 2)Medium Hazelnut white chocolate latte with oat milk Drink review: 1) The fear of artificial banana flavor was washed away with that first sip. The BCP was very good but does cover the chai flavor. I bet it would mesh with coffee very well. It’s not overly sweet but still flavorful.

I know the location is new so service was slow and i understand that because people are learning. But how the heck can they learn and focus with the music blasting that loud??? The lady had to lean her whole body out of the drive thru window to hear us. We could literally hear the employees inside being like “what?? What did you say??” To each other while trying to make drinks. Turn it down

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
