I’ve been coming to this location for many years and the owners are super nice people. When I told him I will notify management he persisted to say he wasn’t scared and continued to insult me leaving a bad taste to return.

The last time I had an issue, I was given a cold sausage on my sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin. They gladly replace it but they replaced it with the wrong thing. This is the closest Dunkin to me. I just really want them to get it together.
