- RBRob BrowderMar 14, 20262.0'Your coffee, your rules', is a nice slogan unless you only want a 'regular coffee' with a little milk. All they could offer me was an Americano or a Latte. That's not a regular coffee or 'my coffee, my rules'. The menu looks great if you want a special coffee. I'd probably return for that if I wanted that type of ☕️! The staff was all very nice, but it took getting a manager to say to me, "We don't have a drip style regular coffee." The nice window girl kept trying to give me a Latte, or an Americano, which if I had not pressed her, that's what she would have made and charged me for and called it a 'regular coffee.' Guess, I helped her get trained a little better today, but I still am craving a regular coffee with a little milk 🥛 😅 It's all fine, beautiful day!
- TDTeresa DurhamMar 14, 20263.0Visited pn a Saturday morning. They were moderately busy. Service was fast but simple things like providing napkins and cardboard cup sleeves for hot cups was lacking. Also, providing menus for the young girls standing outside taking orders should be added. People aren't familiar with the menu and if you're not taking orders from the menu board, what are they supposed to do when they drive up to the person standing there waiting to take the order and the menu board is 3-car lengths back? Thanks to the young lady for suggesting a drink based on what we like. The coffee itself was light and had a nutty flavor. It was super hot though. Too hot to drink right away. I got an eagle something. They have potential. I may try again.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
