  I’ve visited this store on two separate days and received $3 coupons one for a JJ’s sub and one for a Dunkin’ Donuts refresher. During my first visit, the lady behind the counter told me I could use one now and save the other for later. I decided to use both during that visit. On today’s visit, I only went for the refresher, not the sub. The man at the counter asked for the coupon in an unprofessional and unfriendly way. I didn’t care about giving up the coupon, but the way it was handled showed poor customer service. If there are rules for coupons, train your staff so everyone is consistent. The original lady was helpful and polite, but this recent interaction was not. I will never return to this location.

  I ordered a large hot latte through the drive through. They tried to hand me a large iced coffee until I corrected them. They told me to pull up and had me wait 10 minutes for my coffee. They brought out a medium coffee. I told them I paid for a large. Waited 10 more minutes just for them to bring out a large cup half full. I asked if they just poured the medium coffee in a large cup and the worker said no that’s how it comes. I replied “ half full” ? And he said yes. Terrible customer service

  I ordered 4 medium coffe with cream and sugar on side. I get a small bag with 2 cream amd 2 sugar. What am i supposed to split that into all 4?. Stingy place

  I went through drive-thru and got two glazed donuts. I was sort of hesitant but I did it anyway. Do they ever throw away the old donuts cuz these things are not fresh and they almost stale. I'm not going back there anymore
