- AKAlex Kuolas3 days ago1.0Normally, Chick‑fil‑A sets a high standard, but that was not my experience at this location. From the start, the interaction felt unusual. When asked for my method of payment, I said cash, and then I was asked what kind of cash, which caught me off guard. Cash is cash, and the process at the window felt unnecessarily awkward, with the register being opened and change handled in a way I’m not used to seeing. I also wasn’t given the opportunity to scan my Chick‑fil‑A app, which was disappointing—especially since the location wasn’t particularly busy at the time. As for the food, it was average. The burrito was noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other Chick‑fil‑A locations—almost cigar‑sized. I understand rising costs, but paying nearly $5 for a portion that small felt more cost‑driven than customer‑focused. Because of the service experience, I’m giving this location 1 star for service and 3 stars for food. I hope this feedback helps others be aware and encourages the location to improve consistency with the brand’s usual standards.

- ERElizabeth RajFeb 26, 20261.0Worst place I have ever been to, employees sometimes make disrespectful remarks out in the open while attending by customers, one cashier named Hazel took my order and acted very disrespectful even had a snappy attitude with me. Very glad it wasn’t her but someone else who gave me my order. However when I opened my bag it’s almost as if they didn’t care about giving me quality food either and were rushed. The chicken pieces were very small and even then it was raw. You can just tell with how pink it was on the inside. Never come here, they simply do not care about giving quality service.
