I waited about 20 minutes before getting my food and while I was waiting the workers were arguing and talking about..Maggots. Like ew and when I did end up getting my food there was a UNCOOKED fry (I mean literally just the potato) and a piece of plastic in my Cinnabons, the kids meal was also really undercooked. I do not recommend this Wendy’s and I did. NOT enjoy my stay and my food.

You either need to hire more... So you the manager can answer the phone and meet the issues with your patrons. I asked for a fresh hot burger... Your applied to me was they're all hot. That told me it was probably not gonna be hot and I was correct. Not only was it not hot it was not right. Hi keep trying this establishment when it seems like they change but they get no better. And as of today which is August of 2025 it's no different. Making extra burgers and leaving them set around and then giving them out as a discount. We are not stupid.😡
