I pull up to the drive thru for them to tell me “sorry our system hasn’t pulled up yet it’ll be another 10-15 minutes.” I go and I park and come back 10 minutes later and they tell me it’ll be ANOTHER 10-15 minutes! I’m literally sitting here in the drive thru typing this.

Sat and waited forever before even being greeted then get to window and they still didn't know my order so I tell em again at first window then pull up to second window they hand me a bag with only nuggets no fries so I wait very patiently finally come back ask what's wrong I said I didnt get my fries so she goes and grabs me fries that felt like they were from yesterday they was so cold. After waiting as long as I did I was assuming hot fries I was wrong. And the manager has zero personality. Absolutely terrible.

It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a burger and some fries. Just spent 15 minutes waiting for a drink and an apple pie. Please prioritize all of the orders, not just drive thru. I see 20 people in the back but no one comes to the counter. The gentleman before me waited for 45 demanded and a refund instead of waiting an ADDITIONAL 45 minutes. Do better!
