- MRMandi RouseMar 18, 20261.0I visited Bojangles yesterday and had a terrible experience. I ordered 2 plain chicken sandwich, but it was stale and hard, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp. When I took it back, they gave me a replacement only one , argued that I only got one , never gave me opportunity to show receipt for 2 that was pink and raw inside—unsafe to eat, so I had to give it to my dog. Today, I went back, and the manager was extremely rude—didn’t apologize, just handed me another sandwich (wrong one again!) and charged me for extra sauce. I won’t be coming back.

I realized they gave me the wrong order when I opened up the bag and was about 30 miles down the road. I tossed it all in the trash can at a gas station. I spend 8 bucks for no breakfast.
