- SWsatima ware6 days ago1.0I ordered a green goddess Cobb chicken with extra goddess dressing with no bacon. They handed me this look like it’s supposed to be full-size, but it looked like it was a half sized salad and the dressing they just threw on top when it usually come in a containers then when I’m like OK where is the extra dresser and they like oh well are we out of dressing so you know I asked for a refund because the dresser make the salad of course but the manager who is on duty horrible horrible horrible no customer service then ask me. How can we resolve the issue just snatched my card out of my hand and refunded me and this isn’t Tifton Georgia and they have really went down far as quality is concerned they don’t have a ever worry about me and my hard earned dollars again

Spills all over the floor and they just put a cone over them. Plus they were out of allot of sandwich items. Looked very messy in the kitchen as well.

I was informed about new menu items and given great suggestions. after I finished eating, I was asked if I enjoyed my meal and that was the cherry that topped off this experience. Food was good, service was spectacular.

I politely expressed the situation to Carolyn / Caroline the Manager of this location who refused to make the other half of the sandwich or resolve the issue. Lesson: Watch out you might pay for a Full and only receive a Half and lose out on that money.
