- LPLesly PinaSep 30, 20251.0I would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s, even if it’s most convenient for you. That’s how bad this place is. This is my first time in Georgia and decided to grab something fast after a long drive from Florida. It was about 10pm and I was starving. We went to the drive tru and asked for two meals. When it came time to pay, we were waiting at the window for 10 minutes. When one of the workers checked us out, we had to wait another 10 minutes to get our food. At this rate we should’ve gone to a restaurant. There was also a worker at the window on her phone. Anyways… we got our food and didn’t even get the correct order, or the right sauces. We asked the worker if they could change the order and we can pay for what wasn’t added to the receipt. (Since they have horrible listening skills) the worker said they couldn’t do that and we had to go back in line. But we were not going to wait another 20 minutes, so we left. All in all, go to another McDonald’s location, because the workers are on their phones, they can’t hear, and the waiting time is ridiculous.

She giggled and she immediately said all of our sandwiches are cooked to order. This is something that they are told to say because it was not cooked to order. When I got to the window to get my food the bag was already sitting there indicating that the food was not cooked to order. When I got home the Big Mac was so sloppy when I bit into it the sauce and the meat and the cheese came out of the other end I had to eat it in pieces the fries were not fresh therefore the whole meal was a waste of time
