  Tried it today for the first time with a group of 5 people. I ordered the spicy Italian it was delicious. I thought a slice of pickle came with the meal but it doesn't. Customer service is ok. Definitely could be better and the price was fair. Sandwiches do not come cut in half or at least ours didn't. Even when we asked for it to be cut in half it wasn't and we went and asked again and they gave us a plastic butter knife for us to cut it ourselves.

  Love the bread!!!! Wish they would bring bean sprouts back. They took the subs to another level.

  My husband and I both ordered a sandwich with double meat, but when we got them home, there was no double meat...in fact, on my tuna sub, there was barely enough on there even for a single serving, I actually had to dig through the lettuce to find some. I called and our order was remade to perfection and was ready as soon as we got there, but when we picked it up, the girl didn't say sorry about that, thank you or anything. Still though, the food was great, but the service was lacking. We also thought it was odd with us being the ONLY people there, both times picking up on a Friday night a little after 7:30.

  I was the only person in there. Number 4 TURKEY TOM with Cucumbers is the way to go and you gotta get there BBQ Chips!
