  Sent my kiddo to pick up and order this morning. The order was supposed to be picked up at 6:50. There were people inside, but no one would let her just grab the order. Told her she would have to get in the drive through line! Grant it, the order was done and paid for and they wouldn’t even hand it to her! They were rude and the manager hide in the back like a coward and let the young girls working be rude!

  There isn't a zero star option por I would use it. Every time I've ordered in the app, they have messed up the order. First time they replaced it and I was fine. This last time, I called and spoke with the manager, he told me to come in today and he would replace the whole order and anything else he could to make it right because he has a lot of issues with mobile orders being wrong. I go in this morning and it was a different manager who treated me like a criminal, questioned everything in an acusatory way. He called the manager I spoke with and confirmes our conversation. He the proceeded to tell me that he was over riding what that guy promised. Completely unprofessional and rude. Until he is no longer employed there, I won't be back!!

  I see all the bad reviews But trust me when I say don’t listen to them this store has the most sweetest staff I even seen the young man’s are always so polite to me and my mother . The manager Tyler is probably the sweetest person there if you have a problem go talk to him first and I promise he will make it better
