  Ate there for lunch today. Got food poisoning. Have had nausea and vomiting for the last 3 hours. Do not recommend.

  At Wendy’s in Thomson today I had the worst service and experience I’ve ever had. The manager was extremely rude and hostile. She doesn’t need to work in customer service. Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

  Manager did not politely ask us to pull forward when the main menu wasn’t switched over to breakfast so we scrambled to pull up the app. Instead she yelled at us for sitting at the sign. Loudly said, ‘You’re not going to just sit at my speaker.’ No one was behind us so how were we supposed to order? I don’t try Wendy’s very much for breakfast and don’t know what their regular menu has. She was management and refused to give me her name. By far the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

  It's pretty good most of the time. Of course, employees vary for month to month, but overall it's a solid choice.

  Went there last night. I always hesitate to go to Wendy’s in Thomson, GA just because it’s always something with them. I just like the food. Anyways, I ordered through the drive thru they told me it’d be a wait on all meat. I said okay cool cause I wanted my food fresh anyways. Sat there & waited for 30 minutes. Went & knocked on the door asking where my food was. These folks said “ we were trying to figure out which car this food belonged to because someone else was suppose to come back & get there food “ asked me what food I ordered. Mind you I was the only car out there besides someone beside me that got their food 10 minutes ago. All I ordered was a simple biggie bag. Ain’t no way they brought my food & EVERYTHING was cold. It felt like the hamburger been sitting in the refrigerator the whole time I was waiting. Something has got to change.
