As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Really the best place in Thomson to get good food and fast service at a good price ...Never had any problem getting in and out of there with a fast burger at a good price

food was okay. dont know who the girl with dark hair and glasses is but someone needs to teach her how to speak to customers. this store only gets worse and she shows that no one cares at this location and no one has any control of employees and training at this location. girl today with dark hair and glasses is rude and smelled of straight weed. manager at this location needs to retrain his/her staff and teach them to be happy and upbeat with the customers so we want to come back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! girl with dark hair and glasses in the daytime is the worse one you have had at this location.

This place gets worse every time I stop. Monday I stopped and was shorted 2 dollars in change and when I asked for the correct change the girl got upset. When I asked to speak to the manager the girl who said her name was gracie said she was the manager and I would have to call the store tomorrow to get my money after they counted to see if they were over and rudely hurried me out of the way for other customers waiting behind me. I had already been in the line waiting for close to 10 minutes and was running late to get back off lunch break. I was told by one of my coworkers in the break room at Walmart that the manager is a man named tj. Called the next day and gracie answered the phone and said she was the manager. I hung up as I knew I would get nowhere with a liar. Fast Food is getting to be horrible and the customer service gets worse as well. Not even worth calling corporate but BEWARE and COUNT YOUR MONEY as these people don't know how to count correctly even with a computer telling them the amount of change to give.

TJ is awesome! He always makes you feel like the most important customer when you are there. Food always comes fresh and hot. Love the apple pies and fish sandwich and they always hit the spot no matter the time of day. Ready to try the onion fries. The new Glorilla food looks horrible and not ready to try that but the other changes to the menu outside of that looks promising.

Employees are more worried about a timer than helping the customer. Worries that the manager will fire them because I am at the window ordering instead of the computerized intercom that couldn’t understand what I was trying to order and would not accept the order. Then as I was placing my order with the employee she was constantly rushing me trying to get me out from in front of the window so that timer would stop. I ordered 10 original burgers and they both acted as though that was to much work for them to do, complaining that they were gonna have to cook fresh burgers instead of just taking my order and being polite. I spend a lot of money at checkers at various times and have been a loyal customer of theirs for years now and have never been as pissed off at an employee as I was tonight. I hope the manager sees this and fixes this issue. I care nothing about a timer at a drive thru I care that the help is friendly and that my meal is prepared properly. Which it was not they put cheese on everything and was not asked to do so.
