As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! girl with dark hair and glasses in the daytime is the worse one you have had at this location.
- TBThomas BellAug 28, 20251.0This place gets worse every time I stop. Monday I stopped and was shorted 2 dollars in change and when I asked for the correct change the girl got upset. When I asked to speak to the manager the girl who said her name was gracie said she was the manager and I would have to call the store tomorrow to get my money after they counted to see if they were over and rudely hurried me out of the way for other customers waiting behind me. I had already been in the line waiting for close to 10 minutes and was running late to get back off lunch break. I was told by one of my coworkers in the break room at Walmart that the manager is a man named tj. Called the next day and gracie answered the phone and said she was the manager. I hung up as I knew I would get nowhere with a liar. Fast Food is getting to be horrible and the customer service gets worse as well. Not even worth calling corporate but BEWARE and COUNT YOUR MONEY as these people don't know how to count correctly even with a computer telling them the amount of change to give.
