Upon placing our order and
completing payment of
$27.60, we were instructed to
pull into a designated parking
spot to await its delivery.
Crucially, no receipt was
provided at the point of sale;
we were informed it would be
included with our order upon
delivery.
After an initial wait of
approximately 35 minutes,
during which there was
absolutely no communication
or attempt to deliver our
order, we decided to re-enter
the drive-thru lane to inquire
the drive-thru lane to inquire
about our purchase or a
potential refund. Following an
additional 19-minute wait in
the drive-thru, a staff member
informed us that a refund
could not be processed due
to the absence of
management, stating they
were the only individuals
authorized for such
transactions. We were
unhelpfully advised to return
the following day, which was
not feasible for us. Our
repeated requests for a
refund were met with the
same explanation.
Given my personal obligation
to care for my elderly mother
at home, I was unable to
prolong our wait to demand
the return of our funds. As we
passed the service window
again, another employee
suggested we wait "just 10
more minutes" for the food.
By this point, having already
spent nearly an hour of our
valuable time with no
resolution, I had completely
lost appetite and interest in
receiving the order.
This entire
experience—waiting for an
extended period, receiving no
service, being denied a simple
refund, and facing operational
incompetence—reflects
extremely poorly on the
customer service standards
and management practices of
your Thomson, GA
establishment.

Chicken was fresh out of the fryer. The sides were warm and delicious. And the staff was kind and friendly. Just wish the dinners came with tea rather than spending another $2.99 for a drink.

Spend $32 for 2 4pc tenders and side of fries. We got fried dark brown soaked in oil, like deep friend multiple times. Chicken tenders were not even on warm side. Had to throw it away from bad oil. Please Go to chick fil a next door for better and hot food.
