- VMVic MDApr 2, 20264.0Didn't rate atmosphere due to using drive thru. Food was hot and fresh, but the 12pc. nuggets were very small and kind of dry, and the waffle fries needed salt. Drinks were fine, without excessive ice. Service was polite and speedy.

I Saide thank you and she just started at me . Also I told her I was missing the hot sauce and instead of handing it to me she tossed it in my hand . I’m very disappointed the night crew is horrible . Morning shift is great . I have never been disappointed with chickfla they are the only good fast food restaurant in town that will make your food right and treat you right . Also my food was cold and o barley had jalapeños on the new sandwich and I told her and she said it only comes with three very rude . This has been the talk of the night I’m very on shocked 😮 I can’t believe how I was treated by chickfla wow . Get rid of that night shift hound crew .

In fact she lacks the company moto and is not courtesy at all.All I asked was for some sauce since i forgot to order it and she turned to her fellow co workers and made a statement saying Yall. And turned back to hand me one sauce: now usually with any order we are given 2. I’m not here to complain about the sauce but the customer service is what I have an issue with. Stay true to your vow to working for a company who respects customers to the fullest. I didn’t ask for anything out of the ordinary and just for that I am complaining because nobody after me deserves to be treated that way when you ask for something simple: i hope that she is redirected in how to handle small situations and still using the motto my pleasure when a customer ask for something when needed.
