Terrible service. Sat in a drive thru with 6 cars and waited twenty minutes. By the time I got to the speaker, there was only one car at the window and I sat at the speaker until over two minutes after that car left.

Need to hire people who wanna be there and dontheir job the right way, instead of hanging out and getting on SM the whole shift and have terrible attitudes because they have to work.

Currently sitting in the drive thru. I made a mobile order. Drive thru is moving very slowly 5-10 min per vehicle at the order menu. Since I had a mobile order I skipped the car in front of me, to pull up to the window to see the entire staff standing around loudly gossiping with a customer.

Ordered online to save time and all the doors were locked and they wouldn’t refund. We sat in line for 40 minutes and finally got our food which was cold and the nuggets were burnt. Will not be going again anytime soon. If I could give zero stars I would.
