  Waited over 49 minutes for my and my girlfriends food and they didn't even make it till we got up to the counter and ask and they told us they forgot to make it so we had to wait longer for our food and the food was not wrapped good and one of my tacos was liquid and they forgot my cinnamon sticks and burnt my food

  The food was nice and hot and made correctly! There was a super nice person at the window who’s name is Parker and they were super friendly, and provided great customer service. Taco Bell needs more people like them!

  Went to the Taco bell on us 19 in Thomasville Georgia and the restaurant was disgusting and the employee were extremely rude especially the cashier. My order said pick up time was 5:07 it's 5:24 and still no food.

  always messing my food up, never any sauce or napkins. genuinely upsetting to give money to this place. you will not get what you pay for unless you walk back inside after going through the drive thru, and even then you have to wait 15 minutes for them to come to the counter to talk to you. i just wanted my nacho cheese and a chalupa with just meat and cheese. don’t waste your time and money

  I ordered the party box of 12 hard.Shell tacos and a party box of twelve softshell tacos and my parting box of hard shell tacos was short by 4. 3 of them were broken beyond recognition and the others were mediocre at best.Some of her soft shell tacos, the meat was undercooked, and they were lukewarm to begin with and ice cold.By the time we got home to monticello , it was just horrible experience , very costly and not worth the time
