  We did not eat here walked in to eat the lunch buffet there was only a part of the pizza on the buffet no breadsticks or anything it was very few people in the restaurant so they have plenty of time to be able to have pizza put out when you pay $14.99 for buffet and drink then they need to make sure that you have pizza out there to eat we left and did not eat here

  The service experience at this location is the worst of the worst. When you walk in to any business the minimum expectation is to be greeted or acknowledged but the staff of this Pizza Hut are "too busy" to greet their customers and if you ask for an acknowledgement you will be greeted with a threat or at least a dirty look. The staff is simply not trained or just don't care about their customers. I avoid this place and go elsewhere for pizza. Oddly enough papa Johns is as busy as pizza hut and they are courteous to their customers. Shame on you pizza hut

  We stopped in for the lunch buffet on Monday 1/26/26. While we try many establishments and travel the country, our norm is to see a menu and survey prices. While asking simple questions about the buffet pricing the server immediately turned to another and stated, these people are "being condescending ! " I must say this was "Insulting" to us as customers. We nearly left this store because of your insults. We were never offered a menu while at this location. However, another server/manager stepped up and we did have an enjoyable meal, provided by the second server. After this encounter we realized what should have been a lunch time rush, there were only a total of 5 customers in your store. If you wonder why your customers have dropped off, discover how your employees are treating your customers.
