Wendys Thomasville was great. Service, food and dining area was good. They were out of a few food items but food was good that I got.

I have been waiting in a parking spot for a plain baked potato for 25 minutes. Tried to go inside to find out about the potatoe, doors were locked and finally got the attention of an employee who told me that it was almost done My chili is getting cold waiting on a baked potato. This is my last trip to this Wendy's.

Cashier at drive thru on 11/17/25 was very unprofessional. I asked is a simple question regarding the sauce and was told “oh I don’t know , I don’t eat here” and then proceeded to just take my card and not give me a receipt or say anything . Then was told something by her and I didn’t understand so I asked what was said and then she just said “huh” …..definitely the younger generation needs a class in etiquette when talking to customers.
