Cashier at drive thru on 11/17/25 was very unprofessional. I asked is a simple question regarding the sauce and was told “oh I don’t know , I don’t eat here” and then proceeded to just take my card and not give me a receipt or say anything . Then was told something by her and I didn’t understand so I asked what was said and then she just said “huh” …..definitely the younger generation needs a class in etiquette when talking to customers.

The young people that take your order and check you out do not have any customer service period especially in the driv thru, when the young lady give me my order i didn't get a rhank or nothing just a look like what else you need. So very very unprofessional. I came thru the drive thru on 9/24.I ordered my meal everything I ordered was cold and dry. What a waste of money.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever stopped at in my entire life. As a prior Wendy’s employee, this Wendy’s is a disgrace, disgusting and the employees should be fired. Cussing each other out. Unhelpful. I waited over an hour for a mobile order because they couldn’t cancel or refund it. Out of fries, out of side substitutes. The food I did receive was either old, ice cold, or over cooked. I tried to reach out to customer service to just get a refund to be told they can’t do anything they have to send it to upper management. I waited over a week now for contact. None made so I reached out again to be told the same thing. Customer care can’t give me a refund upper management above the store has to contact and issue it. Marked my information priority and was told I have to wait. I wasn’t going to review this place, leave anything negative, could’ve been a bad day for the store. But, apparently it’s impossible for anyone related to this location to preform their duties. So here we are.
