On my last order, I received a phone call an hour after ordering with no introduction to even know who I was talking to, only to find out that my order (cash on delivery directly through the Papa John’s website which would have included a 30% tip), and then attitude when I requested to cancel. I will just order elsewhere from now on. If you are only utilizing DoorDash for delivery then your website should say that.
