  Usually I never have a problem with customer service here since the new management, until a couple of nights ago. Me and my friends were ordering and we finished our order and the girl taking the order said "is that all" and I responded "that's it" to which she said "i said is that all but ok" very rudely. This was confusing considering that me and my friends all found my response to be appropriate. We got to the window and saw the girl she was a white blonde younger girl, rounder face and was walking around with the headset on. We also saw her stick her tongue out at her male coworker ( black male with shorter locs) in a sexual manner. Make sure if you hire people they know what the job description is and you can't be rude for a job you applied for. Never have had a bad experience but this put a bad taste in my mouth.

  After ordering a birthday cake online for my great niece for $28.99, not only was the cake not ready on time, but the store manager decided to let her mother know that there was a price increase when it was time to pick up the cake that was BEFORE the date that I ordered the cake online Now, if there was a price increase, shouldn’t it have reflected on the price of the cake that I ordered? Or at least HONOR the price I was quoted. However, they refused to honor the price of the cake from my confirmation email and then they gave her a cake from the freezer that was not prepared to the specifications that I requested a full HOUR later than the pick up time The manager acted like she was in such a hurry, and she didn’t have time or patience to deal with the issue or to even discuss it. The Service members behind the counter, didn’t want to bother with the issue either and and it showed in the way that they decorated the cake. I have to say that if it wasn’t already my niece’s birthday and she wasn’t already looking forward to this ice cream cake I would have gone anywhere else to get her a cake and made sure I never went back to this Dairy Queen again!!!!!
