    I used the mobile app, for the first time. Usually when I use an app, my name will pop up for the order. I tell the lady at the register my name after she asked for it, and she denied me saying that it isn’t the name on the ticket. I explained to her that I don’t use the app and tried to show her the order on my phone, and instead of looking and matching the order together, she decides to get an attitude with me about it. Worst experience at an Arby’s, ever in my life.

    Selling food that had a use by date then they just put another sticker right over it! Fraudulently selling old food! This is on a Thursday!
