  The service was absolutely horrible. We came in at 8:30 for an after dinner treat. Niah had the absolute worst attitude. She treated each persons order like it was a complete inconvenience. She scoffed and rolled her eyes when asked a question about a blizzard add in an responded with “I don’t even know” The front of the restaurant was a wreck with paper and crumbs all over the floor. None of the blizzards were not served upside down. Overall I will not return.

  Ownership or management has gone downhill. Got a very small portion of gravy which was not the normal gravy but instead something that tasted similar to blue cheese. Do not recommend!

  I had an urgent need to use the restroom during my visit. The door appeared locked, but when I opened it, an employee was inside sitting fully clothed on their phone. After stepping out, I had to wait several more minutes before the restroom was available. This created a serious situation due to a medical condition that required urgent restroom access. I later called the store to report the issue, and the manager hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. I didn’t receive the managers name but the employee that was lounging in a restroom was called Junior by a fellow employee. This was a very frustrating experience. Restroom access should not be delayed unnecessarily, and customer concerns should be handled professionally. I hope this is addressed.

  Usually I never have a problem with customer service here since the new management, until a couple of nights ago. Me and my friends were ordering and we finished our order and the girl taking the order said "is that all" and I responded "that's it" to which she said "i said is that all but ok" very rudely. This was confusing considering that me and my friends all found my response to be appropriate. We got to the window and saw the girl she was a white blonde younger girl, rounder face and was walking around with the headset on. We also saw her stick her tongue out at her male coworker ( black male with shorter locs) in a sexual manner. Make sure if you hire people they know what the job description is and you can't be rude for a job you applied for. Never have had a bad experience but this put a bad taste in my mouth.
