The people at the window laughed at me for asking for extra sauce? Multiple occasions the drive through has been closed. Not to mention the people they have hired have horrible track records and I would not want my food to be served for these people they chose to hire.

Today was the last straw, they pulled me up to the mobile order parking space, because they said they had to cook more chicken, I waited about 7 mins for them to bring my food. When I got my food my fries were cold, and my sandwich looked like it had blood on top of it!! Do better Wendy’s!!!

Got to the window & asked to be sure for ketchup. She Yes sir, no problem. Then comes back & asked me to move up while the burgers aren't ready yet. A lady brought my food out & was gone before I looked in the bag, no ketchup. This seems petty to me but service is service. I never said anything & drove off. They were not busy at all.
