Went to the drive thru around 10:45, pulled behind a car who was already in line & ordering, they pulled forward & got their food. sat for over 5 mins & didn’t get response from the drive thru, even said “hello” a few times. the vehicle in front of us got their food, & our order was never taken. pulled up to the window just for the lady to tell us “we’re closed” when it’s only 10:50, & a person in front of us got food? straight up lazy, don’t know who the lady was because she wouldn’t come to the window to tell me they’re closed 😂😂 middle aged white girl with glasses

I stopped here for lunch whe traveli g through, and the restaurant was very clean and the associates were very nice.
I got my food quickly and the fries were hot; however, the single classic cheeseburger was a little cold. If the cheeseburger would have been hot, I believe I would have given the food rating a 4 or 5.
I would stop again if traveling through and was in the mood for Wendy's.

Wendy’s can not get it together on its orders. Today, bacon left off as well as mustard on burger. Fries were cold and lacked salt.
It seems to be that if not eating in dining room, take out from restaurant is pretty much a who cares attitude because they know you can’t/won’t complain once you left.
So sad.
