- AGApril GreeneNov 3, 20251.0Placed an order thru the app, when I arrived to pick up my food I was told they were out of bowls so I wouldn’t be receiving the protein bowl I ordered. I asked about a refund and was told they couldn’t do that since I ordered on the app. I asked if I could be given a sandwich in its place and was told no cause their inventory would be off. So this place basically pocketed an extra $13. I have contacted the app and corporate and still haven’t been refunded!

- JSJeremy StigSep 21, 20252.0Walked in on 9/21/25 and the employee was sitting at the table on her phone and never greeted us and after a couple minutes she came and asked what we wanted. After ordering our food she stated the register said she had to drop her drawer and she did not know how to do that so she called someone on the phone to assist and after about 10 minutes or more this guy finally showed up to assist. Very unprofessional and irritating having to wait so long for something that all employees should know how to do or at least have someone there at all times to assist.
