The manager put a hamburger in the microwave and gave it to me, and when I bit into it, it was extremely hot and burned my tongue. Food should be prepared fresh and safely, not reheated in a way that can hurt a customer. To be honest, this is why I hate going to fast food restaurants—because food is often not handled well. If a restaurant is slow, that should mean there is time to cook food properly and in a timely, fresh manner, not pull food that’s been sitting and throw it in a microwave. What really upset me was when I went back to the window and explained what happened, the cashier started laughing in my face. That was very disrespectful and made the situation even worse. I was in pain and trying to explain a serious issue, and instead of concern or an apology, I was laughed at. I’m also concerned that the food may have been sitting out too long before being microwaved. As a customer, I expect food to be handled properly and according to food safety standards. This experience was unacceptable and could have seriously hurt someone. I hope the owners take this seriously and retrain staff on proper food handling and customer service.

She pretty much refused to speak to us. We barely received a sample portion of the food for which we paid. I'm unable to post a thorough review due to the limited choices to click. We won't be returning to the establishment anytime soon.
