- KCK CJul 14, 20251.0One of the worst visits I have ever had with a Wendy's. Ordering fast food on a mobile app is the most fool proof way to order food. And you guys still found a way to mess it up. Your Manager told me I couldn't have my food because I didn't pay for it when I was literally showing her where it came out of my bank account and shows paid on your god awful app. Not to mention the fact that everyone was ignoring the customers at the counter I had to say something to the employees to get my issue looked into. Your manager on this shift should be looked into because of her professionalism and manner of addressing issues. By the time we got out of there with the food that I did infact pay for it was cold and the fries were soggy. Lost my business. Period.
