It wasn’t soft at all—dry, hard, and felt like it was from yesterday. This is completely unacceptable. If the bread isn’t fresh, it should not be served to customers. I wasted my money and will not be coming back.

The one star is because while you have one person working hard and two employees that come back and forth out the back and don't help him. Seems like you only have one person in the store that cares about their job
