I returned after my 4 hour shift to request a refund not only was the staff and the manager very rude and unprofessional. I was blamed for the biscuit being hard because I returned it after I got off work. I was told by the staff and the manager they are unable to give refunds that the only option was to get another burnt biscuit. I called the corporate office I was told that the manager and his staff lied to me that you are given the option to get a refund if you don't want your food replaced. The place was dirty, barely any customers, the service was terrible. And they lie to their customers so they can't get refunds. BEWARE this place is awful. Count your days BOGANGLES. This is probably the reason this location doesn't get much business they have to throw the food away daily. If you have a problem ask for the corporate number contact them don't waste your time they will just argue with you. I will never eat here again not even for free.
