This is not Bojangles, it’s trailer trash with a drive thru. I’m from Charlotte born and raised on Bojangles. This was disrespectful. I’m a truck driver and walked up to Bojangles. I ordered my food maybe a few minutes after 8pm. I had no idea they close at 9 that’s really early for a Saturday night. The person you have as manager said to the girl who rang up my order “it ain’t to go?”, which she replied “ no it’s for here”. She became furious and asked: “don’t you wanna take it to go? Don’t you got somewhere else you can go?” That should be a major red flag. I’m a former Bojangles employee myself in the early 2000s. My Dad would eat at the original Bojangles restaurant in Charlotte for his lunch break back in the 80s. Since when is it that you run off the very people you need to stay in business? She stated that normally she locks the door at 8pm. It was 8:34 pm. This is counterproductive. You’re driving away customers. While eating my food she then starts to turn the lights out. Before she locked the doors, a couple came in demanding their food to be remade because their order was not right. She stated she could only give refunds in cash. This place doesn’t deserve the name Bojangles. I’m sure Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Zaxby’s, Hardee’s, would love to have my money. You’re selling chicken and serving satisfaction to the customers. Without customer service, you have no money.

Stopped in while traveling from NC to TX. Dinning room was spotless. The cashier was very upfront and apologized if our order took longer then expected and for being understaffed. Nonetheless the service was amazing. 10/10. There was 3 workers and they were busting butt. Everything was still fresh and hot. Service was friendly and with a smile. I hope their efforts go noticed as they are rocking it here. Best of luck and thank you for the great service. 🤘

Stopped here while traveling and had a really disappointing experience. There was no line at the drive-thru, yet the employee’s attitude was extremely rude and dry. Customer service should never feel like an inconvenience, especially when the place is empty. Because of how I was treated, I left and went next door to Burger King—and as I walked in, another customer was already saying how bad the service at Bojangles was. That says a lot. I won’t be coming back. Maybe if the attitudes were better, the place wouldn’t be so empty.

Absolutely horrible service, took me 10 mins to order food off their “new and improved” AI drive through. What a joke. Then upon spending $42 dollars they forget to give me any of the sauces (they charged me extra for) and didn't give me any fries with my 2 combos. Just 2 boxes with 3 chicken tenders in it. . Craziest part is we were the only ones in line. No crazy backed up line or customers packed out to the street. There should not be this much error in a restaurant majority of it is now an automated AI. Will never be comming back here. -10/10.
