  No mobile ordering, but was fast enough I suppose. Food was alright from the wait I expected it to be hotter and fresher than it was.

  I frequent this Taco Bell often because of the ease of location and travel. Each time he staff and management has been receptive of my concerns and management would correct the issue without further discussion. That is until today, 03-21-2026. After calling both numbers listed for Pilot and for Taco Bell at this location, no one answered the phone. In times past, I would contact management, give the receipt number take a picture of the error for proof and management would apologize and offer replacement. Today, after no one answered the phone I drove back and asked for the manager, showed her my food items and stated what I ordered. The manager on duty at 6:03pm looked at the product and said, “That’s what it is.” I in return stated, “This is not a Crispy Chicken Cantina, it is not crispy on the outside with melted cheese.” The manager looked up at me and told me that I would need to ask for it to be crispy otherwise it is just steamed. Point being, after showing my order to others behind the counter and asking for another manager by name, the cantinas were redone correctly. The picture shows both the 1st set and the 2nd set of Crispy Chicken Cantinas. The cashiers and cooks were very pleasant and apologetic. That is the only reason the 3 star ratings is displayed. Management dropped 2 stars.

  I guess whoever management is here don’t care how their employees treat their customers! Everytime we decide to go here for convenience we spend $30-$40 and everytime our food is wrong and the workers talk to you like your the floor they walk in, anyway we have to get out of our vehicle to go inside each time then this time the employee who does the making of the tacos decides to cuss out my husband because he didn’t want to have to remake our food. Well if you did it right the first time you wouldn’t have to and it’s not a special order he just didn’t put half the stuff on the taco that is suppose to come on it . What is wrong with this generation pure laziness and full of disrespect I don’t get it! The cameras need to be pulled and he needs to be suspended or fired one.

  Good employees and super swift service. They needed to switch the syrup in a few different soda flavors but otherwise it was a good visit. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾
