  I spent a lot of time working in Türkiye many years ago. I LOVE authentic Turkish food and this restaurant is fantastic! I'm sitting here sipping on Çay and enjoying the atmosphere while I wait for a to go order. Thank you for the hospitality and thank you for dinner. Authentic, warm, and a wonderful family! If you don't know anything about Turkish cuisine and culture do yourself a favor and give it a try.

  I had an amazing experience here! The food was absolutely delicious and arrived piping hot. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation. The service was also top notch. I’m so glad I discovered this place definitely my new favorite spot. Highly recommended

  When you walk into Tarkuaz you get greeted by warm smiles and friendly faces, the place has pizzeria bive with Mediterranean flare. The food was delicious, we ordered the Pide with ground beef (Turkish pizza) as appetizer and it was Huge! It was cheese and meaty, and toasty good. We then share a plate of Mixed Meat Grill it was amazing, the kebabs were spicy which I like. And the rice was so good and tasty. I will definitely comeback for more. We were so stuffed that we couldn't order dessert, next time will try the Kunefe with some Turkish coffee.

  This is a Great Mediterranean style, family owned restaurant specializing in authentic Turk dishes with an authentic feeling atmosphere and very friendly hosts that make you feel like family. I particularly enjoyed the wide selection of kabob dishes. Their gyros are not only delicious, but also offer a generous proportion size. With a wide screen displaying scenes of Istanbul with Turkish music in the background, one can almost teleport there.

  I recently visited this Mediterranean restaurant after reading several positive reviews and was looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The portion sizes were noticeably small. Each combo meal came with only a minimal serving of fries—approximately five per plate—which prompted me to confirm whether this was correct. While additional fries were provided upon request, the total portion still felt insufficient for two combo meals. It appears they are cutting corners at this restaurant. Additionally, the overall dining environment detracted from the experience. There were children of the owners seated nearby using iPads at a high volume, which disrupted the atmosphere. I also observed a table near the ordering area with partially eaten food that appeared to belong to a staff member or manager, which gave an unprofessional impression. For a total of $30 for two combo meals, I expected a higher standard in both portion size and overall experience. While the food itself was acceptable, it did not stand out compared to similar restaurants in the area. Overall, I was disappointed with my visit and do not plan to return.
