  Was charged for a tip on the terminal prior to pressing anything, went to cancel thinking the terminal made a mistake but wouldn't allow me to. Called to talk to a manager and she told me wrong number, then asked is this Subway, and she said yes, so I again asked for a manager and she said what is this in regards to. I explained the situation and she said I must have pressed something. I absolutely DID NOT press anything on the terminal, it was on there. This is not about the amount, but about the principal that employees are taking advantage of people by forcing tips for their personal gain.

  This is the worst store, they cancel.your orders placed online for using a coupon accepted by subway website and app. Subway corporate should address this.

  I had an older gentleman with me and he had no teeth and was chewing on food for 30 minutes prior to us shopping. I asked this subway for a water and even offered to pay for a water cup and was denied service. The lady raised her voice at me and was very nasty. If the man had chocked then that would be on her! I’m not sure what possessed this woman to be so rude to us but the Walmart employees told me she’s like this with all customers. THIS LADY needs a check! If the shoe was on the other foot then i would gladly let her purchase a water! Considering the severity of that situation, she needs to Work elsewhere with that mentality and attitude towards customers coming in. (middle aged, Indian woman long hair) this day. Then followed me to my car, out of the subway. This was very creepy.
