A different pizza company notified me an hour before my event that they would not have my order ready for pick up for 3 hours past schedule. Although confirmed the previous day; 20 pizzas and 100 wings; a disaster for my group. I called Alex at Pizza Hut and she made the commitment to make my order in less than an hour. All pizzas and wings were cooked perfectly and she saved the day! Excellent food and amazing service! Customer for life! You can’t our Pizza The Hut!

this older woman that works here barely acknowledges customers , put her hand up at me when i walked in , and when i happened to look in the direction of the kitchen , she yelled "it's in the oven" . never greeted me or asked for the name of my order ....
