  Visiting from out of town. I get that I should’ve checked my order since fast food workers can never get their job done correctly but I’m so over it. How do you manage to screw up every single part of our order. How do you pack chicken nuggets and not the sauce? How do you forget FOUR cheeseburgers. Not to mention the cheeseburgers I DID get were modified to do the opposite of what I asked for more of. I asked for extra pickle and onion, instead I got zero pickle and onion. Literally WHY. Now am I supposed to drive 15 minutes back over their mistake? It’s really not a hard job yall. I’m pissed.

  The employee at the window was very rude Spanish young lady, which was odd to me. They usually have good customer service however this particular location decided to tell us that we can’t ask for water at the window after we’ve already ordered. I thought that was a little weird to say to a customer that’s spending money in their store, but I let it ride. I noticed that the manager was standing behind her and observed that whole interaction and didn’t say anything furthermore when we asked for mustard and salt packages, the lady rolled her eyes, closed the window and was very rude, which the manager was still there observing as she smiled, and Smurf and laughed. I couldn’t resist but to leave the review because I’m big on coaching in the moment and I know McDonald’s attention is to not have their workers upset their customers if you want good customer service stay far away from this place management and employees are in on it together no accountability.
