  Ordered by app and came to pick it up. The stupid app charges $0 for sauce packets but in-store they charge $0.25 ea so they only gave me 1/3 of my sauce order. Fair, no problem drove back to order more sauces so I can pay for them. Asked to buy only sauces, the employee was confused at first, then the manager (I guess) who talked to me earlier came up and asked me again impatiently. She then talked to me rudely like I just harassed her employee or sth, gurl I just need some extra sauces i’m big back ok 😭 paid for it and received the sauces from the guy, I swear he looked at me like I just got on my knee and begged for those sauces for free, hand me a bunch without wrapping or bag I almost drop them, said thank you just to looked up and saw that face he made, he was judging me for ordering more sauces I guess. Yeah just want to say I was so pissed, successfully rage baiting, never come here again, fries were soggy btw

  Extremely rude staff with terrible attitudes. They clearly have no desire to work. Stay away.

  Handling bread and meat patties without gloves. The food is unhygienic.

  If I could give zero stars, I would — and it’s mostly because of the manager. I have never seen someone so rude and unprofessional in my life. The attitude was absolutely terrible. Every question was met with eye rolls and smart comments like helping customers was the worst thing that ever happened to them.
