  I dont think the workers here know how to work two drive-thru lanes. They took 5 cars's orders before thinking about taking the order from the other drive-thru lane. Pretty dumb. You want to wait 30-40 min for a McD order? Come through here

  I have visited this location several times as a local resident. The building itself is relatively new, well-maintained, and occupies a very convenient location. However, during my visit today (March 15th, around 2:00 PM), I encountered two critical weaknesses that severely impact the customer experience. Substandard Service Speed: Whether dining in or using the drive-thru, the wait times here significantly exceed those of other McDonald’s locations. Efficiency seems to be a persistent issue. Unprofessional Conduct: The service at the drive-thru was notably cold. The young woman (african american girl) taking orders displayed a "minimum effort" attitude, communicating with a palpable lack of courtesy. Her interaction consisted of only three brief, blunt sentences: "Can I take order?" "Is that all?" and the total bill amount. There was no "thank you," no instruction to proceed to the first window, and no eye contact when pick up and returning my card and receipt. It was clear she was unhappy to be there, and unfortunately, she chose to spread that negative mood to the customers. A brand-new building and a great location cannot compensate for such a uniquely cold attitude and slow service. While the owner invest a couple of millions in the business, with the chain's headquarters support, this girl just simply ruining it while she is getting paid. Also, I've noticed that all other employees face were not happy too, the problematic girl may caused "pandemic" and slower order processing too. She may not satisfy the wages, then she can work for better place - wall street or doctor's office. simple.

  30+ minutes waiting for ice cream and cookies. I am a business owner and would not provide that level of service and be able to stay in business.
